Recess Cleaning is a, family run, Professional Cleaning and Building Maintenance Contractor which operates throughout the UK mainland and provides services to commercial companies, public sector premises and private premises of all types and sizes. No contract is too large to handle or too small to consider.

Since 2009 the company has been run by ‘hands on’ director Sam Manik. Sam has been in business for many years and has always found difficulty in sourcing reliable cleaning and building maintenance contractors. As a direct response to this obvious need - He decided to set up a professional and reliable company specialising in contract cleaning and building maintenance services.

Recess Cleaning evolved from this initial idea and is constantly growing and now has a network of regular, highly satisfied, clients. The company now provides an extensive range of cleaning and support services to an increasing number of customers both commercial and private. In addition, the company is also involved in providing services to local authorities and major blue-chip clients on both direct and sub-contract basis.

Recess is committed to a program of continued expansion and is especially interested in taking on permanent contracts from 1 to 5 years duration. The company is pleased to quote for new contracts on a no obligation basis and can offer a client specific ‘Tailormade’ service to suit individual requirements.
